Mandalay Consulting and Coaching was founded by Kirstin Furber. Kirstin is passionately committed to helping organisations become successful and profitable by providing the best HR solution in a coaching style to improve business performance.
Kirstin has performed a number of HR roles at ITV, Warner Bros, Ziff Davis and most recently, Discovery Networks. As the International head of HR for Discovery, Kirstin demonstrated her ability to work in a complex matrix organisation which underwent constant change. In this role, Kirstin partnered with the President of the International Division and had responsibility across Europe, Latin America and Asia, as well as leading change management projects and undergoing an international talent review.
Kirstin is a Charted fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and an accredited coach.
